Following the investment of $828 million, the newly re-developed 42,500-seat Allianz Stadium represents the latest in global sport architecture trends. It’s multi-use rectangular design opened late August this year to continue hosting football, rugby league and rugby union; home of the Sydney Roosters, NSW Waratahs and Sydney FC.
 
Like all major sporting facilities hosting thousands of hustling and bustling visitors, customised and compliant interior linings to cope with elements such as crowd pressure and high contact throughout the stadium at any one time was crucial.
